fa بررسی عوامل تعیین‌کننده سطح نگهداشت موجودی‌های مواد و کالا و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های درخت تصمیم و شبکه عصبی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p>موجودی‌های مواد و کالا، حجم عمده سرمایه در گردش شرکت‌ها را تشکیل می‌دهند. حداکثرسازی بازده حاصل از نگهداری موجودی‌ها، یکی از اهداف مدیران مالی است که این امر مستلزم شناسایی عوامل موثر بر میزان نگهداشت موجودی‌های مواد و کالا توسط شرکت‌هاست. در این پژوهش، ابتدا با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون، عوامل تعیین‌کننده سطح نگهداشت موجودی‌ها در 158 شرکت در بازه زمانی 1381 تا پایان 1392 شناسایی شده و در ادامه با استفاده از الگوریتم‌های درخت تصمیم و شبکه عصبی، میزان اهمیت هر یک از عوامل، رتبه‌بندی گردیده است. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان می‌دهد که به غیر از نسبت اهرمی و عمر شرکت، سایر متغیرها رابطه معناداری با سطح نگهداشت موجودی‌های مواد و کالا دارند. همچنین، نتایج رتبه‌بندی متغیرها نشان می‌دهد که مخارج سرمایه‌ای و اندازه شرکت دارای بیشترین اهمیت و جریان وجوه نقد عملیاتی و رشد شرکت، دارای کمترین اهمیت در تبیین میزان نگهداشت موجودی‌های مواد و کالای شرکت‌ها هستند.</p> <p>Inventories constitute the main part of firms&rsquo; working capital. Maximizing the return from inventory holding is one of the financial managers&rsquo; goals and to achieve this purpose, an optimal level of inventory holding must be identified by manager and this requires the identification of factors affecting firms&rsquo; inventory holding. In this research, first the determinants of inventory holding are identified using multivariate regression analysis in 158 firms from 2002 to the end of 2013 and then the importance of significant factors is ranked using decision tree and neural network algorithms. The results of regression analysis show that except firms&rsquo; leverage and age, other research variables show a significant relationship with the level of inventory holding.
