fa شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری و حسابرسی به برون سپاری پایان‌نامه ها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research با توجه به نقش با اهمیت مقالات و پایان نامه های تحصیلات تکمیلی در رشد و اعتلای نظام علمی کشور،لزوم بررسی دقیق و کارشناسانه برون سپاری پایان نامه ها که از جمله عوامل کاهش کیفیت و اثربخشی این قبیل فعالیت های پژوهشی می شود، بیش از پیش احساس می شود.<br> هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی حسابداری و حسابرسی به برون سپاری پایان‌نامه ها از دید اساتید، دانشجویان و پایان‌نامه نویسان می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش به لحاظ ماهیت موضوع و اهداف آن از نوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد حسابداری و حسابرسی، اساتید رشته حسابداری و حسابرسی و پایان‌نامه نویسان می‌باشد؛ که 107 نفر استاد، 156 نفر دانشجو و 26 نفر پایان‌نامه نویس به عنوان نمونه برآورد شد. به منظور بررسی فرضیه های پژوهش از روش تی استیودنت استفاده شد. &nbsp;نمونه آماری مذکور با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد که عدم سیاست گذاری مناسب وزارت علوم، دولت و مراجع قضایی، رویکرد تئوری هزینه &ndash; فایده، عدم همکاری و همیاری اساتید راهنما، عدم داشتن تخصص لازم و بی ‌تفاوتی، وجود مراکز پایان نامه نویسی، ویژگی های شخصیتی دانشجو و عوامل اجتماعی و عدم توانایی و تخصص لازم و زمان بندی نامناسب دانشجویان در برون سپاری پایان‌نامه ها موثر هستند.<span dir="LTR"></span><span dir="LTR"></span> Given the important role of graduate articles and dissertations in the growth and development of the countrychr(&#39;39&#39;)s scientific system, the need for careful and expert review of dissertation outsourcing, which is one of the factors reducing the quality and effectiveness of such research activities, It is felt more than ever.<br> The main purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the tendency of graduate students in accounting and auditing to outsource dissertations from the point of view of professors, students and theses.The research method in this research is survey type in terms of the nature of the subject and its goals.The statistical population of this study included senior students of accounting and auditing, professors of accounting and auditing and theses.
