fa قابلیت مدیران و محدودیت تأمین مالی (با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p><span dir="RTL">مدیران هر سازمان نقش بسیار موثری در موفقیت آن سازمان دارند و می&shy;توانند بسیاری از مشکلات موجود را رفع و یا از وقوع آن پیش&shy;گیری کنند. البته، قابلیت مدیران مختلف، متفاوت است و تعیین ارتباط این قابلیت&shy;ها با عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد سازمان یکی از موضوعات ضروری است. از این&shy;رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تجربی رابطه بین قابلیت مدیران و </span><span dir="RTL">محدودیت در تأمین </span><span dir="RTL">مالی شرکت&shy;های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل 131 شرکت در بازه زمانی </span>1393-1386 است. برای اندازه&shy;گیری قابلیت مدیران از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده&shy;ها و برای آزمون فرضیه‌های پژوهش از تحلیل آماری رگرسیون لجستیک استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد <span dir="RTL">که بین قابلیت مدیران و محدودیت در تأمین مالی شرکت&shy;ها رابطه معناداری وجود دارد</span><span dir="RTL">. هم&shy;چنین، تفاوت معناداری میان قابلیت مدیران در صنایع مختلف مشاهده نشد.</span></p> <p>Managers of any organization have an effective role in the success of the organization and can resolve and prevent the occurrence many problems. However, the ability of various managers is different. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is experimental study of the relationship between managerial ability and financial constraints of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. Statistical sample consisted of 131 companies in the period of 2007-2014. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is used to measure the managerial ability and logit regression is used to test research hypotheses. The research findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between managerial ability and financial constraints of companies.
