fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش هزینه های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی از دیدگاه کارکنان واحد اصفهان (خوارسگان) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research چکیده در سالهای اخیر مدیریت هزینه های دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی به یک مسئله حیاتی تبدیل شده است. مطالعه حاضر تأثیر پنج عامل هدفمند کردن فعالیتها، ساماندهی نیروی انسانی، مکانیزه کردن سیستمها، اعمال نظارت و کنترل و کوچک سازی دانشگاه را بر کاهش هزینه ها بررسی نموده است. پژوهش به روش توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام و جامعه آماری، کارکنان واحد اصفهان به تعداد 320 نفر بوده است. نمونه آماری 175 نفر تعیین و اعضاء نمونه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیده است. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک آزمون های t، فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس انجام شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که عوامل فوق، بیش از سطح متوسط بر کاهش هزینه ها تأثیر داشته و اعمال نظارت و کنترل، بالاترین و ساماندهی نیروی انسانی، پائین ترین تأثیر را داشته است. Abstract In recent years management of expenses in Azad universities has turned into a vital concern. The present study aims to examine investigating the effect of five factors including targeting activities, organizing manpower, mechanizing systems, controlling, observing and downsizing the university on reducing expenses in Islamic Azad Universities. The study is conducted in descriptive survey method and the population of the study was all 320 persons Islamic Azad university of Isfahan (Khorasgan). 175 people were chosen by Morgan Table through available sampling as the sample of the study.
